Why the name?

Fusion occurs in business when you take people who are motivated, combine them with processes which are optimised and add the right technology.

This formula has been applied successfully to create fusion and generate that all important added value across all kinds of organization, geography and enterprise.

Who we are

Fusion consulting www.system-fusion.co.uk has been providing project management, change management and hi-tech product design and management services to a blue chip and government client base for more than a decade.
We regularly used recruitment agents to help us with building in-house teams , or to continue the work after our interventions.
In 2005 , sheer frustration lead us to carry out a detailed survey of how our clients past and present go about fulfilling long and short term skills needs, or shortfalls in capacity.
This exercise resulted in the founding of a new business to provide an appropriate level of help for our clients and more recently for new clients.
We set out to deliver exactly what we had been asked for and what we ourselves had been asking for over many years. The result is a broad set of product offerings including, but not restricted to, a traditional recruitment service.
